This project involved the renovation and conversion of an existing fruit packing facility into a church. Located on 10.8 acres, it features an 800 seat worship center, a family life center, children’s classrooms, nursery, café, resource center, restrooms and a plaza. This project received the Project of the Year, Central California Real Estate Awards; the Gold Award, Rehab or Renovation, The Business Journal; and the Award of Honor, AIA San Joaquin Chapter.
