This project is a three story medical office building with a five operating room ambulatory surgery center on the ground floor. The facility provides for a vertically integrated orthopedic practice including, diagnostic imaging, MRI, and an accompanying freestanding physical therapy building. This project received the Guide Award of Excellence.
